From Colombo to Edmonton Part II

I've attached a few photos below to "prove" how ridiculously cold it was in Edmonton when I visited my family the past week. I'm back in Vancouver now, and the "balmy" 7 degree temperatures make it feel like Spring here. T

I love the black and whites. But I'm not so keen on the piles of snow and the horrible temperature numbers associated with that television screen shot. No thanks. It's amazing that winter here on the west coast where we live can feel so warm comparatively.
We can only dream of ice castles like that one! Spectacular. I'd love to attack it with some good lighting at night...
Glad I'm in Oz right now though.
